Metro Protective Security is now hiring Full Time, Part Time and Casual Security Officers to join our team in Melbourne.
We provide a wide range of comprehensive security services to clients with all of our services tailored to meet the needs of each site. Our officers receive site specific and industry specific training. We give officers the tools and training necessary to provide a safe and secure environment for themselves and our customers.
All applicants must hold a valid Victorian Security Licence.
Job requirements:
Must be able to perform security patrols on foot or in a vehicle.
Must be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and monitors.
Must be able to listen and identify issues quickly and accurately.
Must have good attention to detail.
Must be able to read and write a report.
Must have a neat and professional appearance.
Must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must dress according to job requirements i.e., Suite and tie, company uniform or all black casual attire this will be depending on the client’s needs.
- Must have good organization and communication skills.
- Must be able to understand and execute post orders and policies set by the company and the client.
- And most importantly, must have loyalty, flexibility and be overall reliable
